Traditional Karate Taikai hosted by the Missouri Karate Association located in Saint Louis, Missouri Sunday May 3rd, 2026. Students ranked 8th Kyu and above may participate. Registration for one or more events is $110.00.

About the event
Recommended Lodging will be the DoubleTree Hotel co-located with the tournament location. Competition events for the tournament are below:
-Kata
-Team Kata (3 competitors performing synchronized Kata for 8th Kyu and Above)
-Kumite (Jiyu-kumite for 6th Kyu and Above; Kihon Ippon Kumite for 8th Kyu through 7th Kyu)
-Team Kumite (3 competitors performing individual jiyu-kumite against other teams for 6th Kyu and Above)
